Conbextra GP1 is a factory pre-blended, single-component, non-shrink cementitious precision grout conforming to ASTM C 1107 Type A. Formulated for static load grouting applications — where the grouted structure is subject to constant compressive loads without vibration — Conbextra GP1 flows freely into voids beneath base plates and fills them completely. Its plastic shrinkage compensation ensures no gap develops between the grout and the base plate as it sets, maintaining full and permanent bearing contact for effective load transfer. High final compressive strength and compatibility with structural steelwork and concrete substrates make it a reliable product for column base grouting.
