UltraTech Floorkrete is a cement-based, polymer-modified, pre-mixed high-strength mortar developed specifically for multipurpose floor screeds. Mixed with water on site, it lays fast, levelling screeds from 20 mm to 50 mm thick with strong adhesion to the base, consistent quality and minimal wastage. It is well suited as a protective levelling layer over waterproofing membranes on terraces, as a hard-wearing floor in warehouses and workshops, and as a sound underlayment beneath tiles, stone, epoxy and PU flooring systems. Offered in graded strengths to match the loading and finish required, it gives a durable, true-to-level base.
