Sikagard®-550 W IN is a one-part, plasto-elastic protective coating based on a UV-curing acrylic dispersion, formulated to bridge cracks and resist carbonation on concrete. Brushed, rolled or sprayed onto the surface, it forms a flexible film that accommodates surface movement while acting as a barrier to carbon dioxide and chloride-laden moisture — the chief drivers of reinforcement corrosion. It suits both normal and lightweight concrete, outdoor surfaces prone to cracking, and serves as a durable topcoat over repair mortars and fibre cement. Supplied in a choice of RAL shades, it protects and decorates in one system.
