Sika ViscoCrete-5227 NS is a high-performance superplasticizer formulated as an aqueous solution of modified polycarboxylate. It delivers very high workability and improved workability retention while permitting a large reduction in mixing water, so producers can cast flowing, cohesive concrete that compacts easily and hardens dense, strong and durable. The admixture suits free-flowing concrete for floors, slabs, foundations, densely reinforced sections, walls and columns, and is well matched to high-performance, high-strength, ready-mix, self-compacting and pumped concrete.
