SikaControl® WT-200 P (IN) is a powdered crystalline admixture that combines water-resisting and active crystalline waterproofing in one product. Batched with the concrete, it reacts with moisture and cement by-products to grow insoluble crystals throughout the capillary system, progressively narrowing pores so water can no longer move freely under pressure. Because the reaction reactivates whenever water reaches new microcracks, the concrete gains a self-healing quality that surface coatings cannot match, and watertightness extends through the full volume rather than just a face. It suits tunnels, metro stations, bridges, water tanks, dams, reservoirs, treatment plants, basements and foundations.
