Is ShaliUrethane PC for floor or wall concrete?
Both — it is a tough coating for all concrete surfaces (floors, walls, facades, bridge decks) requiring UV and weather resistance.
Can it be applied without a primer?
A suitable concrete primer (ShaliPrime 2PU or 2E) is recommended for adhesion before applying PU tough coat.
