Product Overview

MasterEmaco S 650 is a fast-setting, high-strength, thixotropic patching mortar formulated for repairs to trafficked concrete. This single-component mortar needs only on-site water and is placed horizontally in thicknesses of 10 mm to 50 mm without formwork, returning bridge decks, roads and floors to service in just 2-3 hours. It is shrinkage-compensated to reduce cracking, develops about 15 MPa within three hours, and forms a durable, impermeable repair fully compatible with the host concrete. Its rapid set makes it ideal where downtime must be minimised, though patch size and working time must be managed to suit the ambient temperature.
