UltraTech Weather Pro Top-Shield is a superior elastomeric acrylic coating engineered to protect terraces and exterior surfaces from water seepage and harsh weather. Applied as a three-layer system in distinct shades, it builds a uniform, robust film that delivers 3X protection while remaining highly flexible to bridge cracks. The cured membrane is UV resistant, withstands light foot traffic and offers anti-algal and anti-fungal properties, while its reflective finish helps reduce surface temperature on exposed roofs. Designed for positive-side waterproofing, it stands up to standing water and thermal cycling across the seasons.
