Product Overview
UltraTech Seal & Dry 5 Plus is a multipurpose acrylic-polymer liquid that, when blended with cement, serves as a bonding agent, waterproofing coat, crack-filler base and anti-corrosive coating for reinforcement. It improves adhesion and water impermeability while balancing toughness with flexibility, making it a flexible workhorse for both new construction and repair. Mixed with grey cement it forms a waterproofing slurry; with white cement it fills cracks and tile joints; and brushed neat it primes plaster or protects rebar against corrosion.
