Product Overview
UltraTech Weather Pro Flex is a two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproof coating made of a styrene-acrylic liquid and a special cement-based powder. When mixed and brush- or roller-applied in two coats, it cures into a tough yet flexible membrane that bridges fine shrinkage cracks and resists water under positive-side pressure. It bonds strongly to concrete, masonry and plaster, is self-curing and offers good resistance to soft water and domestic wastewater, making it well suited to bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, balconies, sumps and water tanks. The elastomeric film accommodates minor structural movement while keeping water out. Part of the UltraTech Building Products range, it is available through Space Arc Engineering, an Authorized Project Distributor in India, with on-call support for surface preparation and application.
