Sika MonoTop®-1010 IN is a one-part, polymer-modified cementitious coating that works as both a bonding primer and a reinforcement corrosion-protection layer within concrete repair systems. Supplied as a grey powder that needs only the addition of water, it is brushed or wet-sprayed onto cleaned concrete and exposed steel, where it develops strong adhesion to both and resists the ingress of water and chlorides. It suits interior and exterior repairs and incorporates recycled waste materials, supporting more sustainable specifications. Repair contractors and structural engineers use it as the bonding bridge ahead of repair mortars and as a protective coat over rebar. Space Arc Engineering, an authorized Sika distributor in India, supplies it in 25 kg bags with technical backup for repair crews. It reaches around 50 MPa compressive strength at 28 days.
