Product Overview
SikaCem®-135 Intraplast® is an aluminium-free powder admixture for cementitious injection grouts. Like its counterpart it improves fluidity and cohesion and produces a controlled wet-state expansion through micro-bubbles, but its aluminium-free chemistry means no hydrogen gas is generated during reaction, an advantage where gas evolution must be avoided. Chloride-free, non-toxic and non-flammable, it is dosed at about 0.4% by cement weight and is used for anchor grouting, prestressed cable ducts, crack injection, rock and soil anchoring, bearing plates, tunnel linings and pre-placed aggregate concrete. It is favoured by contractors and consultants specifying durable, reinforcement-safe grouts on infrastructure and repair projects. Frequently Asked Questions
How is SikaCem®-135 different from SikaCem®-130?
SikaCem®-135 is the aluminium-free version. It delivers the same fluidity, cohesion and non-shrink expansion but does not produce hydrogen gas during reaction, which is preferred where gas evolution inside grouted ducts or cavities must be avoided.
What applications suit SikaCem®-135 Intraplast®?
It is used for anchor and cable-duct grouting, crack injection, rock and soil anchoring, bearing-plate bedding, tunnel linings and pre-placed aggregate concrete, producing a fluid, non-shrink cement grout.
What is the recommended dosage?
About 0.4% by weight of cement, equal to 200 g per 50 kg cement bag, at a water-cement ratio of 0.35 to 0.45. Always confirm dosage with site trials and the current TDS.
Does it contain chlorides?
No. SikaCem®-135 Intraplast® is chloride-free, non-toxic and non-flammable, so it is safe to use around steel reinforcement and prestressing tendons.
