Product Overview
SikaPlast®-1000 ES is a modified polycarboxylate admixture that combines water reduction with hardening acceleration for the precast and paver industry. It disperses cement, additives and pigments efficiently, so mixes are uniform and well coloured, then accelerates hardening to build high early strength. That early strength lets producers demould sooner, turn moulds faster and lift output, while keeping a good surface finish and improved watertightness without sacrificing ultimate strength. It suits precast and prestressed elements, grey and coloured block paving, cement tiles, paving flags, kerbstones, building blocks and bricks. Conforming to IS 9103 and ASTM C494, it is supplied across India by Space Arc Engineering as an authorized Sika distributor, with dosing and trial support for high-volume plants.
