Sika FloorJoint XS is a prefabricated carbon-fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) floor joint panel built for normal to medium wear conditions. Its sinusoidal tooth profile interlocks across the joint so wheel loads transfer gradually, cutting the vibration that forklifts and vehicles generate at conventional joint edges. The slim panel grinds flush into resin floors for a virtually seamless surface, and its thermal expansion coefficient is matched to resin-based flooring, reducing differential movement stress. It supports waterproof system designs, is chemically resistant and non-corroding, and is easy to install and repair, becoming trafficable within 24 hours.
