Sika FloorJoint EX A is a prefabricated, glass-carbon fibre reinforced PUR composite panel with a distinctive waved, eccentric joint profile designed for demanding industrial floors. Bridging movement joints in concrete screeds, its interlocking geometry distributes load smoothly so forklifts and traffic cross without the jolting that destroys conventional joint edges, giving near vibration-free running. The panel sits at a low installation height with an ultra-flat profile, accommodates horizontal movement, and offers a sandable surface that can be ground flush with resin floors. It is metal-free and non-corroding, with high chemical resistance, making it well suited to hygienic and aggressive environments. Used in warehouses, workshops, hospitals, schools, and food and pharmaceutical facilities, it becomes drivable after 24 hours.
