Product Overview

Sika® CoolCoat is a single-component, acrylic-based, micro-fibre-reinforced coating that delivers both waterproofing and heat reflectivity in one liquid-applied system. Applied by brush or roller in a multi-coat build-up, it forms a flexible, crack-bridging membrane while its reflective white or grey finish lowers roof surface temperatures and reduces cooling demand. It is used on flat and sloped roof slabs, terraces, sunshades, balconies, existing bituminous or PVC surfaces and external walls. With low VOC content and a solar reflectance index of 102, it suits owners and contractors targeting energy-efficient, leak-free roofs.
