SikaWrap-451 C IN is an India-grade, unidirectional woven carbon fibre fabric at 450 g/m2, engineered for the Sika dry lay-up strengthening system. Its warp uses selected high-strength carbon filaments at 0 degrees, with a heat-set glass weft holding the heavy sheet square for accurate placement. Applied with Sikadur-330 IN as primer and laminating resin, it cures into a thick, high-capacity carbon laminate that raises axial, flexural and shear strength, confines columns and corrects structural defects. The high areal weight delivers maximum reinforcement per layer, making it efficient for heavily loaded members where ply count must be minimised.
