Renderoc LA Xtra is a factory pre-blended, single-component, dual shrinkage compensated (plastic and long-term), high-performance structural micro-concrete designed for full section reinstatement of concrete columns, piers, beam ends, and pile caps where extensive section loss has occurred. Unlike patch repair mortars, Renderoc LA Xtra is designed to be poured or pumped into formwork to rebuild complete structural cross-sections, making it the product of choice for severely deteriorated elements. Its free-flow consistency enables complete void filling and full contact with reinforcement without vibration, while the dual shrinkage compensation system ensures dimensional stability during and after curing — critical for structural integrity of reinstated sections. Renderoc LA Xtra achieves very high compressive strength, meeting and exceeding the specification for structural concrete in most repair standards. It forms a monolithic bond with the parent structure, ensuring full structural continuity of the reinstated section.
