Product Overview

Renderoc DS40 is a factory pre-blended, structural grade polymer-modified cementitious repair mortar formulated for application by the dry shotcrete (dry spray) process. In the dry-mix process, the pre-blended powder and aggregate are conveyed by air through the hose to the nozzle where water is added immediately before impact on the substrate. This method provides very high material velocity at the nozzle, resulting in highly compacted, dense mortar with excellent bond to the prepared substrate. It is the preferred application method for large-volume tunnel lining repairs, dam face repairs, retaining wall repairs, and large-scale infrastructure repair where the volume of material required makes wet spray or hand application impractical. Renderoc DS40 achieves structural grade compressive strength and is compatible with Nitobond bonding primers for maximum substrate adhesion. Space Arc Engineering distributes Renderoc DS40 for large infrastructure repair projects in the Delhi NCR region and across Northern India, particularly for tunnel, dam, and flyover rehabilitation projects.
