Product Overview

Patchroc is a factory pre-blended, single-component, rapid setting, cementitious mortar for patch repair of concrete floors, roads, pavements, and structural elements where the repair must return to service quickly. Applied in depths of 10 to 40 mm, Patchroc achieves adequate early strength for light traffic within 2 to 3 hours and full vehicular load within 4 to 6 hours after application at 25 degrees C — making it ideal for road maintenance work, industrial floor repair, and any concrete patch repair where extended traffic exclusion or production shutdown is not acceptable. The factory-blended formulation ensures consistent setting and strength characteristics batch to batch, which is critical in rapid repair applications where inconsistent performance could lead to premature failure or extended closure. Patchroc is compatible with bonding agents to maximise adhesion to the prepared concrete substrate.
