Product Overview
Dr. Fixit Roofseal is a cold-applied, bitumen-modified polyurethane (PU) liquid waterproofing system manufactured by Pidilite Industries for application on concrete terraces, roof decks, podium slabs, and balconies where high membrane thickness, superior durability, and resistance to mechanical loading are required. The product combines the flexibility and toughness of polyurethane polymer chemistry with the cost advantage and compatibility of bituminous modifier, producing a liquid-applied membrane that can be applied by roller, brush, or squeegee at ambient temperature without heating — unlike torch-on bitumen membranes that require flame application. Dr. Fixit Roofseal cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture through isocyanate-water reaction chemistry to form a high-performance polyurethane rubber membrane in situ on the substrate.
