Product Overview
MasterEmaco S 348 is a dual shrinkage-compensated, fibre-reinforced thixotropic repair mortar formulated for structural concrete repairs. As a single-component powder needing only on-site water, it produces a high-strength, non-sag mix that can be trowel- or spray-applied vertically and overhead in thicknesses of 12 mm to 50 mm. Dual shrinkage compensation keeps it volume-stable in both fresh and hardened states to limit cracking, and no separate bonding agent is required. The mortar is impermeable to aggressive elements, giving durable repairs fully compatible with the host concrete, and its low rebound makes spray application efficient.
