Product Overview

Fosroc Brushbond Ultraflex is a two-component, polymer-modified, flexible cementitious waterproofing system comprising a liquid polymer component and a powder cement component, supplied pre-proportioned for accurate on-site mixing. When mixed and applied in two coats, it forms a tough, semi-rigid, crack-bridging waterproof membrane that bonds excellently to concrete, brick, and block substrates — even in damp conditions. Unlike bituminous systems, Brushbond Ultraflex is water-based, low-odour, and can be applied to wet substrates, making it ideal for basement and water tank waterproofing where dryness is difficult to achieve.
