Product Overview

Conbextra EP300 is a two-component, solvent-free, high viscosity (paste consistency) thixotropic epoxy grouting compound. Unlike the free-flow epoxy grout Conbextra EP75, Conbextra EP300 is formulated for applications where a paste-consistency epoxy is needed — for example, filling gaps in difficult orientations (vertical, inclined), filling deep voids where a self-levelling fluid would drain before curing, stiffening of machine bases and rail plate assemblies where a higher viscosity material is preferred, and structural anchorage of bolts and inserts in oriented positions. The paste consistency allows it to be applied with a spatula or pressed into position by hand and remain in place while curing without draining. Like Conbextra EP75, EP300 is solvent-free, achieves very high compressive strength after full cure, and provides good chemical resistance to oils and fuels.
