Conbextra EP75 is a three-component, solvent-free epoxy resin grout formulated for the highest performance machine base grouting where cementitious grouts do not meet the specification. Conforming to ASTM C 1181, it achieves very high early and ultimate compressive strengths with near-zero creep under sustained dynamic loads — a critical requirement for turbines, large compressors, and precision machine tools where any deformation of the grout bed would cause misalignment. Its high-flow consistency enables it to fill complex void geometries beneath large machine base plates without vibration or pressure injection. Conbextra EP75 is also widely used for grouting rail bearing plates in ballastless track systems (slab track) where the combination of high strength, zero creep, and chemical resistance are essential.
