Product Overview

Nitomortar S is a three-component, solvent-free, structural grade epoxy repair mortar consisting of an epoxy resin base, hardener, and graded aggregate filler. When mixed, the three components produce a stiff, trowellable mortar with very high compressive and flexural strength, excellent adhesion to primed concrete, and good resistance to chemicals, oils, and fuels. Unlike cementitious repair mortars, epoxy mortars are not porous and therefore provide a chemically resistant repair for industrial floors, chemical plant concrete, and areas where the repaired surface will be in contact with aggressive liquids. Nitomortar S is used for deep profile repair of deteriorated industrial concrete floors, repairing broken edges and arrises on concrete structures, filling cavities and recesses in concrete, and reinstatement of concrete in areas where superior chemical resistance or very high strength in a thin section is required. It is compatible with Nitobond EP epoxy bonding primer for maximum adhesion to the prepared concrete substrate.
