Product Overview

Renderoc FC is a factory pre-blended, fine grade, polymer-modified cementitious mortar for rectification of cosmetic and surface defects in formed concrete — including honeycombing, blowholes, voids left by tie-bolt holes, surface crazing, and minor dimensional defects. Its fine aggregate particle size and smooth trowel finish make it ideal for filling small surface voids and blending with the surrounding concrete surface texture and colour. Renderoc FC is not a structural repair mortar — it is used where the defects are surface deep and do not affect the structural integrity of the element, but where the surface must be cosmetically repaired for aesthetic, durability, or specification compliance reasons. Applied by hand trowel to the pre-wetted substrate, Renderoc FC can be finished to match the surrounding concrete texture and subsequently decorated or left exposed. Where deeper structural repair is also needed, Renderoc FC is applied as a final levelling and cosmetic coat over the structural repair mortar.
