Product Overview

Renderoc Plug is an extremely rapid-setting cementitious mortar for the emergency sealing of active water leaks — seepages, drips, and even fountaining pressure leaks — in concrete, masonry, and brickwork. Unlike conventional repair mortars that require a dry or damp substrate and cannot be applied against active water flow, Renderoc Plug sets in under 3 minutes when mixed and can be plugged directly into a water-flowing hole or crack to stop the flow within seconds. It achieves very high early compressive strength — adequate to resist the hydrostatic pressure of the stopped water almost immediately. Renderoc Plug is used as the first step in a comprehensive concrete repair or waterproofing scheme — to stop active water ingress so that subsequent repair, injection, or waterproofing treatments can be applied to the now-dry or controlled-moisture substrate. It is widely used in basement wall repairs, tunnel leak sealing, underground car park repairs, and anywhere that water ingress through concrete must be arrested quickly.
