Product Overview

Renderoc S2 is a factory pre-blended, single-component, polymer-modified, shrinkage-compensated cementitious repair mortar for structural reinstatement of spalled, delaminated, and defective concrete elements. Applied by hand-trowel or render technique in layers of 10–50 mm, it restores structural cross-sections of columns, beams, walls, and slabs damaged by carbonation-induced corrosion, chloride attack, impact, fire, or general deterioration. Renderoc S2 is formulated for hand application and achieves high compressive and flexural strength after curing, comparable to the surrounding parent concrete. It is compatible with Nitobond EP epoxy bonding primer and Nitobond SBR cementitious bonding slurry for enhanced adhesion to prepared concrete substrates. Renderoc S2 is the most widely specified structural repair mortar in the Fosroc India range. Space Arc Engineering distributes it for bridge rehabilitation, building structural repair, and infrastructure projects across Delhi NCR and UP.
