Product Overview
MasterFlow 718 is a ready-to-use, non-shrink cementitious grout that requires only the site addition of water to produce a free-flowing, dense grout of predictable performance. It hardens free of bleeding, settlement and drying shrinkage, providing intimate contact under baseplates and a tight, impermeable seal around anchors. The formulation develops useful early strength and good ultimate strength while retaining workability for up to about an hour, even in warm conditions. It is part of the Master Builders Solutions range (formerly BASF Construction Chemicals) and is supplied in India by Space Arc Engineering, an Authorized Project Distributor. Typical applications include stanchion baseplates, columns, precast panels, bridge bearing plates and anchor-bolt fixing. No special mixing equipment is needed; follow the technical data sheet for water content and curing.
