Sika MonoTop-122 F is a single-component, factory pre-blended, rapid-hardening cementitious repair mortar formulated for patching concrete defects where time is critical. The F designation (Fast) indicates that it achieves sufficient strength for trafficking or further work within hours of placement, rather than the 24 hours or more required by standard repair mortars. This makes it invaluable for road, runway, bridge deck, and industrial floor repairs where extended closures are unacceptable. Sika MonoTop-122 F is also polymer-modified for improved adhesion, reduced shrinkage, and good durability in the cured state. It can be applied by hand, trowel, or in formwork for vertical and overhead repairs with the correct consistency.
