Product Overview

Sika RainTite I is a single-component, acrylic polymer-based waterproofing coating that is brush or roller-applied to flat roofs, terraces, concrete water tanks, and external masonry walls to form a seamless, elastic, UV-resistant waterproof membrane. Its elastomeric nature allows it to accommodate minor thermal movement and substrate micro-cracking without developing pinholes or tears in the waterproofing film. Sika RainTite I is water-based, making it easy to apply, clean up, and use without significant health and safety concerns. Applied in two or more coats, it creates a seamless waterproof barrier that resists UV exposure, temperature cycling, and light foot traffic on terraces. It is an ideal choice for residential and light commercial waterproofing of existing roofs, particularly as a maintenance or refurbishment treatment.
