Product Overview

Sikadur-41 IN is a three-component, solvent-free, thixotropic epoxy mortar system consisting of an epoxy resin (Part A), an amine hardener (Part B), and carefully selected mineral aggregate filler (Part C). The thixotropic nature means the mortar stiffens when at rest and flows only during active mixing and application, allowing it to be used on vertical and overhead surfaces without slumping or sagging. Once cured, Sikadur-41 IN develops very high compressive, tensile, and bond strengths, providing a durable structural repair that chemically bonds to the concrete substrate without the need for a separate primer on dry surfaces. It is used for patching spalled concrete, filling honeycombing, repairing damaged corners and edges, and structural repair of beams, columns, and slabs.
