Sikadur®-42 IN
3-Component High Performance Pourable Epoxy Grouting System
Authorized Project Distributor — Sika India | Space Arc Engineering, Ghaziabad
Product Overview
Sikadur®-42 IN is a three-component, solvent-free, moisture-insensitive, high-strength epoxy grouting system. It consists of two resin components (A & B) and a filler aggregate (C) that are mixed together to produce a self-levelling pourable grout of exceptional compressive and flexural strength. Specifically designed for applications where vibration, dynamic loading, chemical exposure, or elevated temperatures are involved, Sikadur®-42 IN far outperforms standard cementitious grouts in demanding industrial environments. Space Arc Engineering distributes Sikadur®-42 IN for machine tool bases, compressor and turbine foundations, and heavy equipment anchoring projects across Delhi NCR and UP.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why use Sikadur-42 IN instead of cementitious grout?
Sikadur-42 IN epoxy grout delivers significantly higher compressive and flexural strength, excellent chemical resistance, and near-zero creep, making it essential for machine bases, vibrating equipment, and chemically aggressive environments where cementitious grouts would fail.
Can Sikadur-42 IN be used in areas with chemical exposure?
Yes. Sikadur-42 IN is resistant to oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, and dilute acids, making it ideal for factory floors, chemical plants, and machine shop foundations.
How is Sikadur-42 IN mixed?
Components A and B (resin and hardener) are first mixed together, then the aggregate filler C is gradually added while mixing. Strict mix ratios must be followed as per the product data sheet for optimum performance.
