Product Overview
Sikadur®-42 MP IN is a three-part, multipurpose, solvent-free, moisture-tolerant epoxy grouting system formulated for warm Indian conditions between roughly +25°C and +40°C. It is poured into the gap beneath machinery, anchors and bearings, where its high early strength, non-shrink set and low thermal expansion create a dense, load-bearing bed. The cured grout resists vibration, corrosion and a range of chemicals, making it well suited to dynamically loaded equipment. Typical uses include high-strength grouting of anchors, fasteners and tie rods, under-grouting of machine bases and bridge bearings, and direct fixing of crane and light-rail tracks. Supplied as pre-batched, ready-to-mix units, it removes site proportioning errors.
