Lokfix E55S is a two-component, styrene-free epoxy acrylate resin chemical anchor system for general construction post-installed rebar, threaded rod, and bolt anchoring into concrete and masonry. The styrene-free formulation means significantly reduced odour compared to polyester or vinylester anchors, making it more suitable for use in occupied or enclosed spaces where styrene odour from conventional anchors would be unacceptable. Lokfix E55S delivers high characteristic bond strength suitable for general construction anchoring applications — structural steel fixing, mechanical equipment support, handrail and balustrade anchoring, facade fixings, and general structural connections. The cartridge system with static mixing nozzle provides controlled, consistent two-to-one mixing in every application. Lok fix E55S is a cost-effective alternative to pure epoxy anchors like Lokfix E77 for applications where the very highest bond strength of pure epoxy is not required.
