Product Overview

Lokfix E77 is a two-component, pure epoxy resin chemical anchor capsule system for post-installed rebar dowels, anchor bolts, and threaded rod anchoring into concrete, solid brick, and masonry. It delivers very high characteristic bond strength and is suitable for use in cracked and uncracked concrete, dry and water-saturated holes, and diamond core drilled holes. Unlike expansion anchors, Lokfix E77 chemical anchors create no splitting stress in the surrounding concrete, making them safe for use near edges and in thinner sections where mechanical expansion anchors would risk cracking the base material. The two-component cartridge is dispensed through a static mixing nozzle and injected into the pre-drilled, cleaned, and dried (or saturated) hole. After the curing time at the prevailing temperature, the anchor achieves full design load capacity. Lokfix E77 is widely used in India for building extension anchoring, precast connection, bridge widening rebar installation, and structural steel connection to concrete.
