Product Overview

Sikadur-53 UF Mortar is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy system filled with ultra-fine mineral filler, giving it a paste-like consistency that can penetrate and fill very narrow gaps, voids, and surface irregularities in concrete that coarser mortar systems cannot access. The ultra-fine filler particle size allows the mixed mortar to be forced into gaps as narrow as a few millimetres by trowel or simple pressure, ensuring complete void filling. When cured, Sikadur-53 UF provides very high compressive and adhesive strength, making it suitable for precision structural applications such as alignment shim repairs, anchor socket grouting, fine joint filling, and surface restoration where dimensional accuracy is required.
