Sikafloor EpoCem ES-14 AP is a three-part epoxy-cement flooring system that combines a fine-textured self-smoothing screed with an epoxy scratch coat to produce a level, smooth base for industrial floors. Its standout feature is that it works as a temporary moisture barrier, allowing epoxy, polyurethane or PMMA finishes to be installed over green or still-damp concrete that would otherwise need weeks of drying. Water-based, solvent-free and odourless, it bonds to wet or dry substrates, resists osmotic blistering and shares a thermal expansion close to concrete. It is used to level, repair and re-profile slabs in factories, food plants and similar settings.
