SikaSeal-106 Construction is a single-component, low-modulus sealant based on a water-borne modified acrylic dispersion, formulated for interior and protected connection joints on porous construction materials. It is well suited to sealing around window and door frames, precast concrete elements and EIFS details, and it accepts over-painting so joints can be finished to match surrounding surfaces. The low-modulus character keeps stress on adjacent substrates low, while the phthalate-free, very-low-VOC formulation supports healthier indoor environments.
