Product Overview
UltraTech Weather Pro Hi-Flex is a premium two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproof coating that combines a high-performance styrene-acrylic liquid with a special powder. Once mixed and applied in two perpendicular coats, it cures to a highly elastomeric film that elongates up to roughly 100%, bridging cracks and accommodating thermal and structural movement while remaining breathable. It bonds firmly to concrete, masonry and plaster and resists positive-side water pressure, making it ideal for exposed external walls, roofs, balconies and domes where greater flexibility is needed. Its breathability allows trapped vapour to escape without blistering.
