Product Overview
UltraTech Seal & Dry Flex is a two-component, cement-based, styrene-acrylic polymer waterproof coating formulated with high-quality additives and fillers for positive-side waterproofing. The powder and polymer liquid are blended on site to form a flexible, well-bonded membrane that bridges minor cracks and accommodates structural movement, delivering elongation of more than 50% at a tensile force of 50 kg/sq.cm. Applied in two coats, it protects roofs, water tanks and wet areas against water ingress while staying tough and durable. Part of the UltraTech Building Products range and supplied through Space Arc Engineering, an Authorized Project Distributor in India, Seal & Dry Flex is recommended for waterproofing areas of less than 10,000 sq ft on both new construction and renovation projects.
