Product Overview
UltraTech Seal & Dry SBR is a versatile styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) latex that serves three roles on site: a bonding agent between old and new concrete, a polymer modifier for repair mortars, and a cementitious waterproofing coat. Blended with cement, it produces a tough, adhesive slurry that grips difficult substrates and improves the flexural strength, abrasion resistance and water resistance of mortar. Its high solids content extends workability and tackiness, making it ideal for structural repairs, plaster bonding and waterproofing of wet areas. With a solid content of around 40% and a pH of 8-10, it is non-toxic and non-flammable.
