Product Overview

Sika® Multigard is a two-part, water-dispersed epoxy protective coating that is solvent-free and odourless, formulated for interior surfaces that face persistent moisture. Applied by brush or roller over concrete, render, stone and cement-based substrates, it forms a breathable film that lets trapped moisture escape, so the coating resists blistering and peeling even on damp patches. The cured layer guards against weathering, oil and grease and is suitable for use inside potable-water reservoirs. Typical settings include basements, workshops, balconies and reservoir interiors. Specifiers, contractors and facility owners across India rely on it for low-hazard, easy-to-apply damp protection, and Space Arc Engineering supplies it as an authorized Sika project distributor with technical support for site teams. It mixes 2:1 by weight and cures fully in around seven days.
