Product Overview
Sikadur®-53 FLV is a solvent-free, two-part epoxy injection resin engineered for crack sealing in difficult moisture conditions. Because it is moisture-insensitive, it can be pressure-injected into cracks that are damp, wet or even submerged, displacing water to achieve a sound bond. It is intended for sealing cracks wider than 5 mm and for bonding concrete and steel in moist environments. The cured resin is free of shrinkage, resistant to aggressive chemicals and keeps its strength even after curing underwater. With low mixed viscosity around 900 cps it flows readily under injection pressure. Typical users are repair specialists working on water-retaining and below-grade structures. What is Sikadur®-53 FLV used for?

Can it really be used on wet or submerged cracks?
Yes. The resin displaces water on the crack surfaces and cures even underwater without shrinkage, retaining its strength. This makes it suited to water tanks, basements, dams and marine repairs.
What is the mixing ratio and pot life?
