Product Overview

Sika Extender T is an inert, fine, fibrous white polymer powder used as a thickening additive for Sikafloor® flooring resins. Stirred into epoxy, polyurethane or PMMA systems, it raises viscosity at low addition rates so applicators can create custom surface textures, hold resin on vertical and inclined surfaces while it cures, and seal cracks and pores. A key benefit is that it adjusts consistency without affecting the resin’s pot life or cure rate, giving formulators control without changing reaction behaviour. It is inert, non-reactive and non-carcinogenic, and mixes easily and economically. Flooring contractors and applicators working with Sika resin systems rely on it for texturing and detailing.
