Product Overview
Sarnafil® Metal PVC is a composite detailing product: galvanised steel laminated with a layer of Sarnafil® G PVC membrane, so the metal can be welded directly to PVC single-ply roofs. The PVC face carries a glass non-woven inlay, while the steel substrate (grade DX51D Z275) is epoxy-coated for corrosion protection. It is used to fabricate perimeter fastenings, edge trims, gutters and junction details in Sarnafil® G and S roof systems, and can be cut and folded on site or in a workshop. Because the PVC surface is hot-air weldable, terminations bond seamlessly into the membrane field. Roofing fabricators and contractors use it for clean, watertight roof edges.
