Sikaplan® Walkway-20 is a textured polyvinyl chloride (PVC) walkway and protection sheet engineered for exposed, non-ballasted single-ply flat roofs. Its embossed pyramid surface delivers reliable grip underfoot, while the PVC body is hot-air weldable directly onto compatible Sika roofing membranes, creating defined maintenance routes that shield the waterproofing layer from abrasion, point loads and foot-traffic damage. Stabilised against UV and formulated with flame retardants, it stays serviceable across a wide temperature band on exposed rooftops. Building owners, roofing contractors and facility teams use it to protect plant-room access paths, service walkways and high-traffic zones on commercial and industrial roofs.
