Why is lithium silicate preferred over sodium silicate?
Lithium silicate has a smaller molecular size allowing deeper concrete penetration. It does not risk efflorescence (white crystalline deposits) that sodium silicates can cause.
Can Li LH be used before epoxy floor coatings?
Yes — as a concrete surface strengthener and primer before applying resin systems. It improves tensile adhesion of the epoxy to concrete.
