Product Overview

Nitofill UR63 is a single-component, water-reactive polyurethane (PU) injection resin for the emergency sealing of active water leaks through cracks, construction joints, cold joints, and penetrations in concrete and masonry structures. Unlike rigid epoxy injection resins that require dormant cracks, Nitofill UR63 reacts with the water flowing through the defect — expanding and foaming as it cures to physically block the water path and seal the leak in place. This reaction makes it uniquely suited for stopping active water ingress in tunnels, basements, underground structures, water retaining structures, swimming pools, and below-grade construction joints where drying out the substrate before repair is impractical. Nitofill UR63 is injected through purpose-installed packers using a hand pump or mechanical injection machine at low to moderate pressure. On contact with water, it expands to fill the void, and the cured foam forms a watertight seal across the defect.
